All cancellations must be made by e-mail [email protected] and confirmed by Glacier Heli. We are obliged to charge cancellation fees as follows:
Less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours – 50% Less than 24 hours – 100%
Refund Policy
Due to weather or other operational reasons, Glacierheli.is maintains the right to change flights and itineraries. If the flight must be rescheduled owing to weather, Glacierheli.is will make the decision; both parties will agree on a new date and time. If a new day and time cannot be agreed upon, the total amount paid will be refunded in full.
