YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CARRIAGE CONDITIONS BY BOOKING ONLINE OR CONFIRMING A BOOKING BY EMAIL.

Age Limit

Adult – Any person over the age of 12 is considered an adult.

Child – Any person between the ages of 2 and 11 is considered a Child.

Infant – Any person aged 0–2 years is classified as an infant.

Weight Restrictions

The maximum weight should not be more than 120 kilograms. Excessive weights may have an impact on stated prices. Please inform us of all individual passenger weights at the time of booking.

Prices

All prices are in ISK and include VAT and service taxes.

Payments

Before each flight, full payment is required. A 3.08 percent merchant fee will be charged for payments made with an AMEX card. If you choose to pay via EFT, the funds must arrive in our account the day before your flight.

Weather Conditions

Due to weather or other operational reasons, Glacierheli.is maintains the right to change flights and itineraries. If the flight must be rescheduled owing to weather, Glacierheli.is will make the decision; both parties will agree on a new date and time. If a new day and time cannot be agreed upon, the total amount paid will be refunded in full.

‘Shared’ & ‘Private’ Flights

‘Shared’ flights are exactly what they sound like: you may be placed on a flight with individuals who are not part of your reservation. ‘Private’ flights are reserved exclusively for your booking; you will not be placed on a flight with other passengers.

Note: Minimum 3 Passengers required for the shared flight.

Arrival at meeting point

Arrive at meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure, late arrival or late cancelation would not result in 100% refund. Please contact us a few days ahead of time to ensure that the weather forecast is favorable and that nothing has changed with your reservation.
