The maximum weight should not be more than 120 kilograms. Excessive weights may have an impact on stated prices. Please inform us of all individual passenger weights at the time of booking.
All prices are in ISK and include VAT and service taxes.
Before each flight, full payment is required. A 3.08 percent merchant fee will be charged for payments made with an AMEX card. If you choose to pay via EFT, the funds must arrive in our account the day before your flight.
Due to weather or other operational reasons, Glacierheli.is maintains the right to change flights and itineraries. If the flight must be rescheduled owing to weather, Glacierheli.is will make the decision; both parties will agree on a new date and time. If a new day and time cannot be agreed upon, the total amount paid will be refunded in full.
‘Shared’ flights are exactly what they sound like: you may be placed on a flight with individuals who are not part of your reservation. ‘Private’ flights are reserved exclusively for your booking; you will not be placed on a flight with other passengers.
Note: Minimum 3 Passengers required for the shared flight.
Arrive at meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure, late arrival or late cancelation would not result in 100% refund. Please contact us a few days ahead of time to ensure that the weather forecast is favorable and that nothing has changed with your reservation.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the GlacierHeli Greece website and the booking of helicopter tours, transfers, and charter services offered through this platform.
By making a booking or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
All bookings are subject to aircraft availability and operational approval.
Once a booking is completed, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the flight details and meeting information.
In certain cases, bookings may require manual confirmation due to operational or weather considerations.
Helicopter flights offered through GlacierHeli Greece are operated by licensed helicopter operators in Greece in accordance with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations.
The operating company is responsible for aircraft operation, pilot certification, and flight safety.
Passengers must provide accurate information during booking, including:
Full name
Passenger weight
Contact information
This information is required for operational and safety reasons.
Passengers must arrive at the meeting location at the agreed time.
Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the flight without refund.
Helicopters require precise weight and balance calculations before every flight.
Passenger weight and luggage restrictions must be respected.
The standard configuration allows:
Maximum 4 passengers
Maximum 80 kg per passenger
Each passenger may bring one small hand luggage, subject to aircraft limitations.
Final approval of passenger weight and luggage is determined by the pilot before departure.
Helicopter flights depend on weather conditions and operational safety.
If weather conditions are unsafe, flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Passenger safety always takes priority.
More than 72 hours before departure
Full refund.
Between 72 hours and 48 hours before departure
50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before departure
No refund.
If a flight cannot operate due to weather, safety, or airspace restrictions, passengers will be offered:
Rescheduling to another available time, or
A full refund.
Requests to modify booking dates or times must be submitted at least 72 hours before departure and are subject to availability.
If passengers fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
GlacierHeli Greece acts as a booking and marketing platform for helicopter experiences.
Flight operations are conducted by licensed helicopter operators.
GlacierHeli Greece shall not be liable for:
weather cancellations
delays due to air traffic control
operational decisions made by the pilot
force majeure events
GlacierHeli Greece shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
severe weather
natural disasters
airspace restrictions
government regulations
All website content including text, images, and branding is the property of GlacierHeli Greece and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from bookings or use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
